General Operational Information:
All Air Operators shall submit APP (Advanced Passenger Process) for all passengers, including inbound/outbound/transit/transfer passengers and crew in advance.
The Air Operators shall take measures that the boarding directive received from UAE Government are followed.

As per GCAA, it is mandatory for all foreign operators to register their fleet details with GCAA and obtain the GCAP number.
Upon completing successful registration, each operator will be assigned a unique number prefixed with “GCAP” e.g. GCAPXYZ0117.
This registration number shall be included in Item 18 of the flight plan under the designator RMK / . For more information, kindly contact gcap@gcaa.gov.ae.
The following fuel types are available at AUH, OMAA; AVGAS 100LL, AVTUR Jet A1 – provided by ADNOC. Fuel uplifting is available 24/7.
Tech-stops are possible for General Aviation aircraft. For larger aircraft, the decision will be made by the slot coordinator.

Airport & Custom Hours:
AUH, OMAA airport is one of the major airports in the United Arab Emirates – it serves the capital of the country, Abu Dhabi.
The airport is operating for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The customs and immigration facilities are also available 24/7.
Aircraft Services:
Ramjet Aviation Support can provide all kind of trip support for flights operating to Dubai International Airport. These services include;

Slots & PPR:
Slots are mandatory when operating to AUH, OMAA airport. Slot coordination of OMAA airport is carried out through Airport Coordination Australia (ACA).
A slot confirmation is mandatory for obtaining the landing permit. In the case of General Aviation flights, slots are NOT required.
There are no specific peak periods at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Peak periods depend on the traffic at a particular time – once the slot is approved, the aircraft can be operated according to the approved slot time.
The lead time for the processing of permits is 72 hours for all kinds of operations. As for General Aviation flights, the permit can be obtained on short notice, when applying through an FBO.
If the CAA requires further information or documents to support the permit application, it may take more time depending upon the availability of such information provided by the operator/customer.
FBO Facilities:
At AUH, OMAA airport – there is only one dedicated FBO facility that is operated by the Royal Jet Group.
Executive lounges are available for VVIP PAX. All the facilities operate 24/7.
Visas, Customs & Immigration:
The crew can enter the country using GENDEC – and will have a valid stay for 07 days.
The crew must have a valid crew ID with the expiration date printed on it, valid passport and the crew should be in uniform while at the immigration desk.
European, United States and Russian nationalities receive VISA on arrival in the United Arab Emirates.
