Dubai Landing Permit:
First of all, in the emirate of Dubai, there are two major airports – OMDB and OMDW.
As per AIP: For permission to carry out such operations, operators should give at least two clear working days notice before the intended date of arrival or departure. All non-scheduled landing permissions have to be applied through the online portal for DCA, Dubai: https://www.dcaa.gov.ae/en/
