A detailed step-by-step guide for suppliers on how to claim their existing company profile on Flock.

If your company is already listed on Flock – you can easily claim your profile for free. If your company isn’t listed on Flock, we suggest you visit this blog post instead.
This allows you to manage all your information including contact details, inquiries, locations, services and more.
The process of claiming your company profile was designed to be very quick and extremely simple. It should not take you more than a minute.
The first step is to search for your company profile. To do this, simply type in your company name in the search bar on Flock.
Type in your company name and click on search to find out if you have already been listed or not.
Alternatively, you can also do this by searching for the airport in which you operate to check if you are listed there.
If you find your company on the results page – click on it to be taken to your main company profile, as viewed in the image below.
Once you locate and visit your company profile, simply click on “Manage this profile”, located at the top right corner of the page – as highlighted in blue in the above image. You will then be taken to the page shown in the below image.
On this page, you are required to fill out your name and your role in the company. If you do not have a Flock account – you can simply add your preferred email and password to sign up for a Flock account on the same page. If you already have a Flock account, you can log in with your account information.
If you have just created a Flock account on this page, you will be asked to confirm your email address. Thus, check your email for a confirmation email from Flock.
If you are already logged into your Flock account, you will only need to type in your name and role within the company to proceed.
Finally, you will have to upload your company registration documents to get your account verified by our team.
Please keep in mind that if you do not upload your documents, and you do not signup for an account that is under your company domain name and instead use a Gmail, Hotmail, Live etc. account, there is a possibility that your account will be deleted and you will no longer be able to manage your company profile.
