General Operational Information:
UKBB airport is expecting immense traffic congestion ahead of the UEFA Champions League Final.
Starting from the 24th till the 27th of May 2018 – kindly view this file on the slot coordination procedure provided by Boryspil Airport.
Airport & Custom Hours:
Airport & Customs are open 24/7.
As a result of any NOTAMs being in force – there might be a change in the opening hours – currently, there are none.
Operation Limitation:

Slots & PPR:
Slots and landing permits are a requirement.
According to the AIP of Ukraine – lead time for processing applications for landing permits for both private & business flights is 03 working days.
Aircraft Services:
Fueling is provided.
FBO Facilities:
There is no dedicated FBO facility at KBP UKBB. Therefore, private & executive flights passengers use the VIP terminal (known as Terminal D Premier Hall) to pass customs and immigration procedures.
Visas, Customs & Immigration:
Airport access for crew is allowed. However, operating crew must have crew ID card of ICAO standard and passport.
European, US and Russian citizens do not require a visa to enter Ukraine.
