PRI FSPP Praslin Airport – Slots, Ground Handling & Aircraft Services

An operational guide including slots, ground handling and other aircraft services for operating to Praslin Airport ( PRI / FSPP ) Praslin Island, Seychelles

All information listed below is provided by Air Seychelles.

General Operational Information:

In order to operate to PRI, FSPP – aircraft must land at main international airport at SEZ, FSIA (visit our guide to Seychelles International airport available here).

Any handling request must be submitted well in advance to the following emails;

After handling is confirmed, kindly send application for permit to the following email for online applications;

Airport & Custom Hours:

All customs and immigration services must be done at SEZ, FSIA before operating to Praslin Airport.

Aircraft Services:

Once permit is granted (see Slots & PPR below), all technical services and fuel uplift must be done at SEZ, FSIA before operating to Praslin Airport. Kindly note that once you operate to PRI, FSPP – no such services will be available there.

If you would like to inquire about any weight limitations or other aircraft restrictions, you are advised to contact the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority directly at fltclearance@scaa.sc.

Slots & PPR:

Special permission must then be granted by airport authorities to land at PRI, FSPP. In order to receive such permission, request should be sent out to the following emails;

There are no peak hours at Praslin Airport – however kindly keep in mind the peak hours throughout the week at SEZ, FSIA –

  • Morning – 0330-0730z
  • Afternoon – 1130-1620z

During weekends, Seychelles International Airport is busy throughout the entire time.

At SEZ, FSIA, slots are a requirement. Applications for the overflight and landing approvals should be submitted 72 hours in advance.

Visas, Customs & Immigration:

European, United States and Russian nationalities do not require a visa. Entry permits will be issued by immigration at SEZ, FSIA before operating to Praslin Airport.
