An operational guide including slots, ground handling and other aircraft services for operating to Ngurah Rai International Airport (Bali) ( DPS / WADD ) Denpasar-Bali Island, Indonesia.

General Operational Information:
Jet A1 (Avtur) and Avgas fuel are available. Tech stops are also available.
Kindly be advised that RWY is closed between 1800-2259 UTC due to WIP, except on Wednesday when RWY is open for service 24hrs.
Furthermore, kindly refer to latest updated NOTM WADD (DPS) A2059/18 NOTAMN.
Airport & Custom Hours:
Airport & Customs are also open 24hrs – all week long.
Operation Limitation:
Aircraft weight limitation is B747-400 – PCN 83/F/C/X/T.
Furthermore, please be advised that RWY is closed between 1800-2259 UTC. Except on Wednesdays.
This is because of work in progress. Kindly refer to latest NOTAM for the latest information.
Slots & PPR:
Slot is mandatory and needs advance approval.
Peak periods at DPS are;
0500-0900 UTC (1300-1700 LT)
1100-1600 UTC (1900-23.59 LT)
The lead time for the processing of permits is 2 weeks. Hence keep in mind the working days, which are Monday-Friday.

- Cargo Handling
- Aviation Security
- Line Maintenance & Engineering
FBO Facilities:
An FBO facility is also available – known as General Aviation Terminal (GAT).
It is located at the South Apron, across RWY 09-27 of Ngurah Rai INTL Airport, separated from the North Main Terminal.
The North Main Terminal is also for the regular and mostly for wide-body aircraft.
Lounge for crew and PAX is also available at GAT.
There is a 24hrs service, however, advance notice is required.
Visas, Customs & Immigration:
Crew is cleared by Gendec – airport access is available through a special line.
European, Russian and also US nationalities do not require a visa.
Holiday visas are not required for 30 days of stay – however, Visa on Arrival (VOA) is a requirement for certain countries.
